Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Return Policy

Since we provide digital and service-based work, there is no physical product return applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not been started after payment
  • If the service cannot be delivered due to technical or internal issues from our side
  • If mutually agreed between Dream Digital World and the client

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Once the project work has started or completed
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Delay caused due to incomplete information from client side
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after delivery

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on:

  • Work completed till cancellation request
  • Resources already used in the project

5. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before project initiation. Once work has started, cancellation charges may apply based on progress.

6. Delivery Policy

Project timelines will be shared before starting work. Delays caused by client feedback or changes are not our responsibility.
